    This is a 50 minute advanced Dynamic Stretch Class. Classes will start with a CARs warm up and will add in more challenging positions and progressions. Classes will flow through a variety of stretches and will challenge end range strength with for improved joint mobility and capacity.

  • Core Stability Class for Golf (40 minute)

    This is a 40 minute class designed to improve your core stability for golf. Classes start with maximal diaphragm breathing and spinal mobility and then work into core exercises to improve your core stability, core strength for pelvic motion for the golf swing.
