Shannon is the owner of Dynamic Motion Golf Performance and is a PGA of Canada Class "A" Professional with a Masters degree in Kinesiology. Shannon is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist, a Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Golf Fitness Coach, and a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. Shannon's knowledge of the body and of the golf swing will help you to improve your body and your game!

Wes is a 4 time PGA Tour Canada winner who has played in 2 World Cups, 2 US Opens and 6 Canadian Opens. Wes brings his playing experience to help coach you through the fundamentals of the game. "I have had lower back issues for the last 4 years which have usually required regular massage & Osteo treatments (unavailable for the last 12 weeks !! ) but with working with Shannon with the Video classes over that same time period I feel that my total core area has become firmer & my lower back has been more stable. I started by focusing on flexibility and mobility, and after a few months added strength and conditioning. I then incorporated the core strength program into my weekly routine.
