Dynamic Stretch Class for Golf (50 minute)

Dynamic Stretch Classes are based on FRC and Kinstretch principles with a golf specialization. Each class starts with a warm up of CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations). CARs are used to warm up and improve the function of the joints necessary for an efficient golf swing. The class then progresses into specific stretches to mobilize the hips, spine and shoulders. Each class is different and challenging yet gives you the opportunity to practice and work on your joint function in each class.

    This is an introductory Dynamic Stretch Class for Golf. This class will help introduce breathing, Controlled Articular Rotations (CARS) and dynamic stretches so that you can join any of our Dynamic Stretch Classes.
