This is a 15 minute resistance band speed and power prep. In this workout we focus on vertical jump power, rotary power and chop power.
Exercises:
1a. Square stance 1 arm anti-rotation row - 5 reps/side
1b. Square stance 2 arm resistance band deadlift - 5 reps
1c. Square stance 1 arm deadlift to power row - 5/side
2a. Split stance 1 arm anti-rotation press - 5/side
2b. Split stance 1 arm chop power press - 5/side
3a. Pallof hold lower body rotations - 5/side
3b. Pallof hold horizontal power rotations - 5/side
