Week 1: Introduction to Dynamic Stretch Class for Golf
- start with 1 or 3 classes this week
Week 2: Introduction to Core Stability
- continue with 2 Dynamic Stretch Classes this week
- add in 1-3 Introduction to Core Stability Classes this week
Week 3 & 4
- continue with 2 Dynamic Stretch Classes
- add in 1-3 Introduction to Core Stability Classes this week
- add in 1 -2 Beginner Strength Classes for Golf
Week 5&6
- continue with 2 Dynamic Stretch Classes
- add in 1-3 Introduction to Core Stability Classes this week
