Join us for an introductory Core Stability for Golf Class. This is a 40 minute Core Stability Class for Golf. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of breathing and core stability for a more stable and powerful golf swing. You will also learn the fundamental movements of the pelvis to learn to say in posture and transfer power from the ground to the golf club.
