This is a 60min class focusing on improving your golf specific speed and strength. The class starts with a dynamic warm up, will progress into golf specific speed and strength exercises and will finish with a core/stretch cool down.

  • Introduction to Speed & Strength for Golf

    Episode 1

    This is an introductory speed/strength class. This class will introduce you to training for speed and strength and will help you to join in any of our LIVE or archived Speed/Strength classes. You will need a resistance band and a golf club for this class.
