Hip hinging is an important exercises to help you isolate the hip with forward flexion and reduce lower back rounding. This exercise will also help you obtain a better golf posture and help you use your lower body more effectively in the swing.
Frequency - Daily
Technique:
- start standing tall with the dowel or club hitting your sacrum and your upper back
- push your hips back maintain the dowel along the spine
- you should feel a stretch in the hamstrings when you have reached your full range of motion
- don't allow the club to leave the sacrum (butt bone)
