This is a 40 minute strength class for golf. This class will help you improve your training technique and your strength for golf. Classes start with a dynamic warm up and progress through a variety of strength exercises to prepare your body for a better golf game. In this episode you will need a pair of dumbbells and an optional kettlebell.

Split squat with bottoms up
Side 1 arm press
Lateral lunge
