Just wondering when we will be getting more longer stretch classes ( not 20 minute) and more strength, speed and core.
Seems the new content has been minimal lately.

Hi Celeste,
New content will be added every Tuesday and Saturday and weekly workouts will be changed up every Monday. With the 50 minute stretch classes there are lots of episodes to choose from right now so we are building the 20 minute mobility library to be able to meet the needs of those that would like shorter classes. Currently we are continuing to film new episodes of 40 minute strength, speed and power and core stability for golf. I now know there are others that may be looking for more 50 minute stretch classes and will do my best to add in some new content when I can.
